Refund & Cancellation Policy

SehatGpt charges for an appointment only after the doctor has accepted it. All fees are shown in Pakistani Rupees before you book, and payments are processed securely by Safepay. This policy explains when appointments can be cancelled and how refunds work.
1. When you are charged
Booking an appointment sends a request to the doctor. Payment unlocks only once the doctor accepts, and your appointment is confirmed the moment payment completes. If a doctor never accepts your request, nothing is charged.
2. Full refunds
You receive a full refund of the appointment fee if:
— the doctor cancels the confirmed appointment;
— the doctor does not attend the consultation at the scheduled time;
— a technical failure on SehatGpt's side prevents the consultation from taking place;
— you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment for the same appointment).
3. Cancelling as a patient
You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are not refundable — the doctor has reserved that time for you.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Safepay. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reach your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or a consultation did not go as it should have, contact us at m.usman@revolveai.com within 7 days of the appointment with your appointment details. We review every dispute and respond within 3 business days.
