Refund & Cancellation Policy

SehatGPT charges for an appointment only after the doctor has accepted it. All fees are shown in Pakistani Rupees before you book, and payments are processed securely by XPay (XStak). This policy explains when appointments can be cancelled and how refunds work.

1. When you are charged

Booking an appointment sends a request to the doctor. Payment unlocks only once the doctor accepts, and your appointment is confirmed the moment payment completes. If a doctor never accepts your request, nothing is charged.

2. Full refunds

You receive a full refund of the appointment fee if:

• the doctor cancels the confirmed appointment;
• the doctor does not attend the consultation at the scheduled time;
• a technical failure on SehatGPT's side prevents the consultation from taking place;
• you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment for the same appointment).

3. Cancelling as a patient

You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are not refundable, as the doctor has reserved that time for you. You may use this cancellation allowance once per calendar month; further cancellations in the same month are not refundable.

Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule a confirmed appointment to a new time, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Each appointment can be rescheduled up to two times; further changes to the same appointment are not permitted.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to your SehatGPT wallet for use on future appointments, rather than returned to your original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically appear in your wallet balance shortly after.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a consultation did not go as it should have, contact us at support@sehat-gpt.com within 7 days of the appointment with your appointment details. We review every dispute and respond within 3 business days.
