Terms of Service

Welcome to SehatGpt (https://sehatgpt.husbaanai.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SehatGpt platform, which helps patients in Pakistan find licensed doctors, book online video consultations and in-person clinic visits, chat with their doctor, and receive e-prescriptions. By creating an account or using SehatGpt, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SehatGpt is (and is not)

SehatGpt is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed medical practitioners. SehatGpt itself is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider, and does not practice medicine. The AI assistant on SehatGpt helps you identify the right medical specialty and book appointments — it does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical advice. All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment come solely from the doctor you consult.

In an emergency, do not use SehatGpt. Call 1122 or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for personal use; you may book appointments for dependents in your care.

3. Appointments and payments

Appointment requests are sent to the doctor for acceptance. Payment is collected only after the doctor accepts, at the fee shown before you book (in Pakistani Rupees). Payments are processed securely by Safepay; SehatGpt does not store your card or wallet credentials. An appointment is confirmed once payment completes. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Doctors

Doctors on SehatGpt are independent practitioners responsible for their own professional conduct, advice, and prescriptions. SehatGpt verifies registration credentials (e.g. PMDC) at onboarding but does not supervise or control the medical services doctors provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no false bookings, no abusive or unlawful content in chats, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no use of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare needs.

6. Health information

Information you share in consultations (symptoms, reports, prescriptions) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your consultation chat and records are visible to you and the doctor(s) you consult.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SehatGpt is not liable for the medical services provided by doctors, for indirect or consequential losses, or for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid for the appointment giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using SehatGpt and request account deletion at any time.
