Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
Booking information — the doctors you search for and book, appointment times, visit type, and fees.
Health information you choose to share — symptoms described in chat, lab reports and documents you upload, consultation messages, and e-prescriptions issued by your doctor.
Payment information — payments are processed by Safepay. We receive confirmation of payment and a payment reference; we never receive or store your card number or wallet credentials.
Technical information — basic logs (IP address, device/browser type) needed for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform: matching you with relevant doctors, booking and managing appointments, enabling consultation chat and video calls, delivering e-prescriptions, processing payments, and notifying you about your appointments. We also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your consultation content for advertising.
3. Who sees your information
Your doctor — the doctor you book sees your booking details, your consultation chat, and any reports you share with them.
Service providers — we use trusted infrastructure providers to run SehatGpt (cloud hosting, database, AI processing, and Safepay for payments), each bound to use data only to provide their service to us.
Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by the laws of Pakistan.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role (patients see their own records; doctors see records shared with them), and payment credentials never touch our servers.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep your records for as long as your account is active so your medical history remains available to you. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us; some records may be retained where the law requires.
